Mission Statement

Our mission statement is a vital part of our culture, core values and strategy. We use it and refer to it in our day-to-day interactions to ensure we deliver the best for our customers.

The group aims to use its expertise to supply customers with value-added engineered products; ensuring the offer provides additional value to the customer’s business, therefore remaining the customers’ supplier of choice.

Rewards and Benefits

Annual Leave


Work-life balance is important to us. Our annual leave allowance is 23 days holiday (plus UK bank holidays), increasing to 25 days after five years’ service

Holiday Buying Scheme


We also offer a Holiday Buying Scheme, which gives employees the opportunity to buy up to an additional weeks’ holiday per year as a salary sacrifice. Our holiday year runs from 1st May-30th April

After one years’ service, we offer a range of health benefits designed to help you live and work well

After one year’s service all employees are enrolled in our ‘Employee Assistance Programme’. A free confidential 24/7 counselling and support helpline and website, provided by Health Shield

Annual Bonus Scheme


We want to reward our employees for their work and commitment and enjoy our success. Once employees complete their probation, they become eligible to participate in the annual bonus scheme, pro-rated in your first year of employment

Company Pension


We provide a Company pension scheme with employer contributions of 3% of your salary, in accordance with the auto-enrolment regulations

Life Insurance / Death in service benefit (to Next of Kin)


Should the worst happen, we have you covered from day one of employment

Cycle Scheme


Once employees complete their probation, they can save on the cost of a bike and/or cycling accessories through our cycle to work scheme

Long Service Awards


To reward loyalty to the company, at each five-year increment served, employees receive an additional day’s holiday temporarily in the following year

Employee Referral Scheme


If an employee recommends a new candidate to the company and meets the rules of the scheme, then they will receive a £1,000 (taxable) referral fee for helping us to recruit! A fitting example of us helping each other!

Annual Summer Social Event


Our summer socials are a fantastic opportunity to meet other employees from all across the business and celebrate our successes…. there’s also fantastic free entertainment, food, and a free bar! What’s not to like?!

Charitable Fundraising Opportunities
