Tibbetts Group Acquire Electra Engineering Services and Security Fasteners & Fixings

We are delighted to announce that on the 23rd September 2016 The Tibbetts Group acquired the entire trading business of Electra & SFF.

Electra has been trading for over 30 years, specializing initially in hexagon pillars and spacers, whilst also supplying standard fasteners & fixings to the electronics and industrial manufacturing sectors.

Some 12 years ago Electra acquired SFF (Security Fasteners & Fixings) which further enhanced their portfolio. The range of licensed security fasteners are unique to SFF and have been widely adopted throughout industry where security of product and property is paramount.
