Work-life balance is important to us. Our annual leave allowance is 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing to 25 days after five years’ service. We also offer a Holiday Buying Scheme, which gives employees the opportunity to buy up to an additional five days’ holiday per year. 

After one years’ service, we offer a range of health benefits designed to help you live and work well.

Our Health Shield Cash Plan scheme is available for our employees to claim back the cost of a variety of health benefits, including dental check-ups and procedures, physiotherapy, chiropractors, massages and more.

This scheme also includes access to deals and discounts from a vast array of retailers, from cinemas to travel agents.

Our employee assistance programme, provided by Health Shield is a free 24/7 counselling and support helpline. Our employees and their families can speak confidentially to experienced professionals for independent advice. 

We want to reward our employees for their work and commitment. Once employees complete their probation, they will become eligible to participate in the annual bonus scheme.

Should the worst happen, our life insurance policy can help our employees’ loved ones.

Employees can save on the cost of a bike and/or cycling accessories through our cycle to work scheme.

In recognition of their loyalty to the company, employees receive an additional day’s holiday temporarily in the following year at each five year increment served.

If an employee recommends a new candidate to the company, if they quote them as the referee prior to offer, they pass their probation and stay with the company beyond 6 months, then the referee will receive a £500 (taxable) referral fee for helping us to recruit! A fitting example of us helping each other!

Our summer socials are a fantastic opportunity to get together and celebrate the successes of our business and of our employees…. there’s also free entertainment, food, and a free bar! What’s not to like?!
