TGL dates back to 1982 when the company was founded to supply clutch components into the UK automotive aftermarket.
- 1982 John Tibbetts (Europarts) Ltd was formed
- 1984 EuroQuip Automotive was formed
- 2005 Tibbetts Group Ltd was established
- 2008 Moved to new premises in Banbury
- 2014 Opened additional warehouse and office facilities
- 2016 Number of employees exceeds 100
- 2017 Moved into one new location in Banbury, with over 8,000m2 of warehouse capacity
