TGL maintain OE levels of quality and specification across our range and follow the strict systems set out in the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards.

We also work to TS16949 standards across our range.

Each and every TGL product is manufactured to PSW standards (Part Submission Warrant) using PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) minimum level 3 requirements.

The stringent approval criteria is compulsory when supplying tier one automotive manufacturers.

Product Approval

All products are tested and verified against the required specification and/or technical drawing.

Cover Assembly Testing
- Endurance up to 1 million actuations
- Clamp load, bearing load, pressure plate lift, set up height, finger run out
Driven Plate Testing
- Endurance up to 1 million actuations
- Torque (angle & force) clamp, thickness, run-out, cushion deflection
Bearing Testing
- Endurance up to 1 million actuations
- Noise, heat loss, grease loss, weight
Concentric Slave Cylinder Testing
- Endurance up to 1 million actuations
- Noise, leakage
- Dust contamination
